Craig Schmidt - Owner & President
Craig graduated from DIT in 1974 and went to work for Texas Instruments. He worked in the factory, and then moved to Houston for a few years. He started out working on systems such as the AS 400 & IBM mainframes. After returning to Colorado in 1979, he worked for a service company doing almost anything that had to do with computers. He eventually went to work for a company that specialized in printer repair & has been in this area of service for close to 20 years. Craig has built a good reputation by being fair, honest with his customers & providing excellent service. His knowledge of printer repair covers all makes & models. If it prints, he can fix it. This includes plotters; fax machines, label printers & point of sale printers.
Geri Schmidt - Owner & Vice President
Geri has spent her career as an LPN, specializing in Geriatrics. After 27 years of working as a nurse, she decided to go a new direction & learn how to run a business. The majority of her time is spent taking calls, dispatching and bookkeeping. She does all the part ordering & has been able to secure good pricing, as well as great relationships with our vendors.

Chris Schmidt - Senior Engineer and Network Specialist
Chris has been in the industry for 8 years. In addition to his printer knowledge & experience, he is highly skilled as a network specialist and Webmaster. He has written & maintained websites for a variety of customers. There isn't much that he can't do when it comes to PC's and software. Chris covers most of the downtown calls and has really made an impression on his customers.
Ancillary Staff
Monet Haynes - Administrative Assistant
Although she's young, Monet spends two days a week helping Grandpa & Grandma with the business. Her main responsibility right now is keeping Craig & Geri entertained & providing comic relief during the day. She plans to learn & grow with the business.
Rhiannon Schmidt - Secretary of Defense
Rhiannon provides the security for our company, monitoring the office, announcing arrivals of UPS, FedEx and customers. She enjoys her new position & does a very good job.
